Abdul Khalek is an Enrolled Agent of IRS, a Fellow Chartered Accountant, and has his Master of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Dhaka. He is in the USA for the last two years and during the period he prepared and submitted more than a hundred Individual and corporate tax returns. He taught taxation in different professional institutes for 30 years. His expertise is interpretation and analysis of the provision of tax laws and to help taxpayers in resolving the issues with IRS and States. He is associated with Forhad CPA and Associates since April 4, 2021.
He completed Strategic Finance Program (2007) and Top Management Program (2012) from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila. He also completed the Senior Management Program (1999) and Top Management Program (2003) from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. Under the umbrella of Euromoney Learning Solution of UK, in the years 2014 and 2017, he completed Corporate Governance Courses in New York and London and Strategic Finance course in 2018 in London. Also completed a course on International Accounting Standards in Dubai under the umbrella of the Institute of International Research.
He joined ‘Proshika Manobik Unnayan Kendra’, a leading national NGO in 1985 as an Auditor. He was Chief Internal Auditor while leaving Proshika in June 1993. Khalek joined Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited in 1993 as Management Accountant. Over the period, he served the company under different capacities and retired as Director and CFO on 2nd July 2019. Berger has again appointed him as an advisor to Managing Director for 1 year with effect from 3rd July 2019. He also served as Guest Faculty of Eastern University, Dhaka for 2 years. He authored a series of articles on Taxation which were published in leading newspapers and magazines.
Minhazul Bashar is a business management and journalism masters graduate of Long Island University. He specializes in Payroll and corporation tax. Under the direct supervision of the of the CPA Bashar is head of all thing’s payroll. He also is lead expert on unemployment, PPP and all other government grants.
Our Head of immigration is Tahsina Begum worked at the judge’s court in Chattogram Bangladesh. She is a masters Law graduate from Premier University in Chattogram, Bangladesh. She can handle all things immigration-related as well as citizenship cases and permanent residency matters
